1. What cookies we use

We keep cookie use to a minimum. The categories below are the only ones present:

• Strictly necessary — session and authentication cookies, CSRF protection, load balancing and your workspace selection. These cannot be switched off.
• Preferences — interface language, timezone, table layout and theme. Removing them only resets your preferences.
• Analytics — first-party, aggregated product analytics measuring which screens are used and where errors occur. Set only with your consent.

2. What we do not use

We do not place advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, we do not run the Meta Pixel or similar third-party trackers on this website, and we do not use cookies to profile visitors for marketing.

3. Retention

Session cookies expire when you close the browser. Authentication cookies last up to 30 days unless you sign out. Preference cookies last up to 12 months. Analytics identifiers are rotated every 12 months.

4. Managing cookies

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies in the consent banner shown on first visit and change your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer. Browsers also allow you to block or delete cookies; blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.

5. Mobile application

The mobile app does not use browser cookies. It stores an encrypted authentication token and your preferences in the device keychain, cleared when you sign out or uninstall the app.
