Data Deletion

Option 1 — Disconnect the Meta integration

In the Platform, open Settings → Integrations → Meta and choose Disconnect. This revokes our access tokens immediately and queues deletion of all advertising data cached for the disconnected assets: accounts, campaign structures, insights, catalogue references and Page metrics. Deletion completes within 30 days; audit records of the disconnection itself are kept for security purposes.

Option 2 — Delete your account or workspace

Open Settings → Account → Delete account to remove your personal user record, or Settings → Workspace → Delete workspace (workspace owners only) to remove the workspace with all of its members, connected assets, reports and rules. Deletion is confirmed by email and is irreversible. Data disappears from production within 24 hours and from encrypted backups within 90 days.

Option 3 — Request deletion from Facebook

You can also revoke access from Facebook: go to Facebook Settings → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations), select AutoFB and choose Remove. Facebook sends us a signed deletion request; we process it automatically, delete the associated data and return a confirmation code and status URL that you can use to check progress.

Option 4 — Email request

If you cannot sign in, write to privacy@autofb.media from the email address associated with the account, or to dpo@autofb.media for a formal data subject request. We verify identity, act within 30 days and confirm in writing what was deleted.

What we retain and why

After deletion we keep only what law or security requires:

• invoices and payment records, for the statutory accounting period;
• security and abuse-prevention logs, for up to 12 months;
• the deletion request record itself, as evidence that the request was honoured.

Confirming deletion

Every deletion produces a confirmation reference. Quote it in any correspondence with us. If you believe data has not been removed, contact dpo@autofb.media; you may also complain to your data protection authority.
