Terms of Service

1. The service

AutoFB provides a web and mobile application for managing Facebook and Instagram advertising accounts: campaign creation and editing, budget and spend control, analytics, automation rules, alerts and team permissions. The Platform acts on your instruction through the Meta Marketing API; it does not buy media on its own account.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the organisation whose ad accounts you connect. You are responsible for the accuracy of registration details, for the actions of users you invite, and for keeping credentials confidential. Notify us at security@autofb.media of any suspected unauthorised access.

3. Meta platform terms

Your use of the Platform in connection with Meta products is additionally subject to Meta’s own terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms and the Advertising Standards. You confirm you have the rights necessary to grant the Platform access to the ad accounts, Pages and catalogues you connect. We may suspend features if required by Meta or if an integration is revoked.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Platform to run advertising that violates applicable law or Meta advertising policies;
• circumvent account limits, spend limits, review processes or rate limits, or misrepresent the identity of an advertiser;
• reverse engineer, resell or provide access to the Platform beyond your workspace without a written agreement;
• upload malware, scrape the interface, or interfere with the integrity of the service.

5. Customer data and content

You retain all rights in your advertising data, creatives and catalogues. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate the Platform for you. We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics to improve the service.

6. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance per workspace on a monthly or annual cycle. Fees exclude taxes. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to Meta and is never invoiced by us. Late payment may result in suspension after written notice. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

7. Trials and beta features

Trials and features marked beta — including the mobile application prior to general release — are provided as-is, may change or be withdrawn, and are excluded from any service level commitment.

8. Availability and support

We aim for 99.5% monthly availability excluding scheduled maintenance and failures of third-party APIs. Support is provided by email at support@autofb.media during business hours, with response targets stated in your plan.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform, its software, design and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. No rights are granted other than the right to use the service under these Terms. "Facebook", "Instagram" and "Meta" are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; we are an independent provider and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee advertising results, delivery, approval of campaigns by Meta, or the accuracy of metrics supplied by third-party APIs.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost advertising revenue. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from advertising you run through the Platform, from content you upload, or from your breach of these Terms or of Meta policies.

13. Suspension and termination

You may terminate at any time from workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, non-payment, or where continued provision would violate law or Meta requirements, with notice where practicable. On termination we delete or return your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance to workspace administrators. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine and the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. Notices go to legal@autofb.media.
